Expert Instructors

Our dedicated instructors embody tradition and discipline, guiding students of all levels.

Billy brings over 32 years of experience in martial arts, having competed in numerous tournaments across Texas and Las Vegas. He holds a 10th Dan in Bushikan Kempo Jitsu, a 3rd Dan in Ji Hatsu Teki Kempo Jitsu, a 1st Degree Black Sash in I Chung Lai Gung Fu, and is a certified Tai Chi Instructor. As a dedicated Women’s Self-Defense Instructor and father of two daughters, Billy is passionate about empowering women through martial arts. Billy has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (B.J.J.) under Sensei Wil Helzer for two years, following the Machado system based in Dallas, TX. Additionally, he has completed U.S. Army Level 3 requirements in B.J.J. and continues to expand his training and instruction. He is a recognized member of the Headmasters of Aibu Jitsu Ryu International Federation and the Society of Black Belts of America. Over the years, Billy has attended numerous federation clinics and studied under some of the world’s most esteemed Grandmasters, including affiliations with Kempo Jutsu International U.S.A. Billy has extensive teaching experience, having instructed both children and adults throughout Hill County, Johnson County, and in Stephenville, Texas. He has worked with the TnT School of Self-Defense alongside Shodai Wade Taylor (10th Dan), Shodai George Brock (10th Dan), and Soke Rick Davis. His ongoing programs include:

  • Olson Kobu Jitsu (Weapons Training)
  • Olson Jujitsu (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Japanese Ground Fighting)
  • Hybrid Kempo Jitsu 9.5 (Specialized for First Responders and Adult Programs)

In addition to his martial arts expertise, Billy has a 15-year background in law enforcement, having served as an Intermediate Corrections Officer for both county and state agencies and as a Sergeant for eight years. He is also a licensed Security Officer in the State of Texas.

Jordan began his martial arts journey at 5, studying Tang Soo Do. Over the past 15 years, he has trained in various disciplines, including Wing Chun, Gongkwon Yusul, Japanese Karate, and Okinawan Karate. By 14, Jordan had become a dedicated competitor, earning a national championship title and winning two grand championships. Throughout his journey, he has been honored to train under several respected karate senseis, each of whom has helped shape his skills and passion for the martial arts.
